The Gluten Free Living Alliance launched in 2026, founded by three people who live and work gluten-free every day; Zack Dafaallah of Shaya Gluten Free Solutions, Jennifer Kosman of Blue Starr Gluten Free Kitchen, and Marisol Rexach also of Shaya Gluten Free Solutions. We're building this alliance member by member, and the benefits below are rolling out in stages: some benefits will be live following the launch of our website, some are coming down the pipeline, and some will be shaped by what you tell us you need.
